Since I’ve been participating in Skywatch Friday I spend a lot more time looking up than I used to.
It’s interesting to me all the different patterns, textures, and colors one can see.
Sometimes it looks like God is plowing the sky.
I wonder what he is going to plant?
On a bright, sunny, warm New Year’s Eve Eve (the day before New Year’s Eve) the Yogi’s went on a family hike to Tulsa’s Redbud Nature Preserve.
It’s known for its varied terrain including some great bluff’s and cliffs.
But the day we were there the sun and sky were the stars. It felt good to get out in the fresh air and enjoy the sunshine.
The sun and sky were doing their magic.
I know that I run the risk of repeating myself too often. I like the way the Arkansas River looks like it is looping on itself.
A scene from one of my running trails in south Tulsa. The grass is dead, the leaves have dropped and we can see the “bones” of the trees. Trees amaze me how they make space for each other. These two seem like they are dancing.
