Son and I went hiking Sunday. Used to be I would get way ahead of him, now he can get way ahead of me. I don’t think we were ever meant to walk side by side. Such is life with a teenager.

You are just lucky he will even pretend to hike with you.
Hi Yogi,
Teens are independent, that’s for sure. He’s wearing a nice blue jacket. Thanks for sharing.
I’m looking forward to reading your comment on my post; please consider returning.
Happy 1st Blue Monday!
They seem to move so much faster these days. Our lives move on. Same directions; different times.
My son is a runner so believe me I know the feeling! Hee Hee! He looks good in blue. Happy Blue Monday and thanks for sharing. Come visit soon.
I’m just glad he’s still going into the wilderness with you!
A wonderful shot.
Walking separately is part and parcel of learning to stand on his own feet. Good for him.
